SUP is short for Stand Up Paddle. A Hawaiian sport where you slide on the water while on a board and paddling. Lately, SUP has been experiencing a great rise among fitness enthusiasts. It must be said that this sporting activity is not lacking in assets!

How is this a fitness activity?
SUP allows you to work your entire body harmoniously.
All parts of the body are used:

SUP can also be practiced on rough seas, but it is better to train beforehand before diving head-first into this type of activity! Remember that the principle of SUP is to stay upright on the board and not in the water!
Board rentals are also available for those who don’t want to take lessons. Small courses. It’s not easy to take your board with you when you decide to go on holiday to the other side of France! If you prefer to have your equipment, the inflatable stand-up paddle board is recommended! This avoids having to carry it with you for several kilometers.
