Feel like cooking? We wish you a good meal!

Hello, food lovers! So, what’s your craving today? If you don’t have any special requirements, let yourself be inspired by the sweet pancakes filled with minced meat.

This is a brilliant recipe idea that will awaken or further stimulate your inner cooking itch. Bon Ap is just what you need to achieve this.

Pancakes stuffed with minced meat? Yum yum!!!

This wonderful recipe complements the long list of crepe recipes already available. You’ve probably already tried fish, chocolate, and/or banana crepes. Now’s the time to try minced meat as a variation. A small thing that makes all the difference.

This blend of flavors will surely leave you speechless. You’ll want more and more. But above all, in your desire to cook, it’s important to respect the basics of healthy eating.

Ingredients needed for the recipe

Want to give it a try? Before you indulge your cooking urge, make sure you already have the following; if not, get some.

300 g wheat flour; 3 eggs; 1/2 L milk; 4 teaspoons salt; 4 teaspoons caster sugar; 1/4 oil (preferably olive); parsley leaves (for garnish); 250 g fish; 2 tablespoons powdered spices; flavoring (according to your preference).

First step!

Crack the eggs into a jar, then pour in the flour.

Using a whisk, make the mixture as smooth as possible.

Then, gradually add the milk while stirring.

At this point, you’ll feel your appetite for cooking increasing. So don’t stop there.

Now add ½ teaspoon of salt, sugar, and flavoring and mix everything, stirring for 60 seconds, to facilitate the homogeneity of the last ingredients added.

Last step: cut the parsley into very small pieces.

Now, let’s get cooking!

Boil the meat in a pot with the remaining salt and spices. Then, mince it.

Next, to cook each pancake, pour 4 teaspoons of oil into the pan after setting the stove to low heat.

Add a portion of the batter. Still guided by this incredible desire to cook, spread the shredded parsley leaves over the surface. This trick gives your crepes a very beautiful appearance. Wait two minutes and flip the crepe with a spatula so that the second side cooks. After another two minutes, your crepe is ready to be removed.

Repeat this process until the batter is finished. Depending on the thickness you choose for your crepes, you should normally have 15 to 20 crepes.

Once the pancakes are ready, take each one, then put in the amount of minced meat that suits you; finally, roll it up (exactly as if you were rolling up shawarma).

And there you have it! You were right to give in to your culinary urges. You’ve just finished, in less than forty-five minutes, your first minced meat-stuffed crepe. Do the same for the rest of your crepes. You can also discover the 8 tips for perfect crepes.

Instant tasting
